EQUIPMENT FAILURE: Shell admits damages in Bodo City.

Shell Plc has allegedly accepted claims of Equipment failure by the People of Bodo City and agrees to enter Negotiations with the Community.

We recall that Shell was accused by the People of Bodo over several cases of Equipment failure. Pipelines belonging to Shell Plc Company were found leaking, causing Spillages in Bodo City.

Three Cases of Shell Equipment failure were reported in Bodo City in the month of August. After proper checks on the leakages Shell has allegedly accepted the claims by the Community and reportedly agreed to enter Negotiations with the People of Bodo.

Negotiations will go on between Shell and the representatives of Bodo Community.
