The Executive Chairman of Gokana Local Government Council. Hon. Deko Confidence paid a visit to Bodo City in a bid to sympathise with residents over environmental damages caused by oil Spillages.
Bodo, is one of the Communities that make up Gokana LGA. In recent times, the Community has suffered several oil spillages caused by Shell Equipment Failure.
The Chairman of Gokana Local Government Council sympathised with the People of Bodo, He urged them, in a speech, to be calmed over the Situation and assures them that he will deliver their Messages to Sell.
The Chairman was highly welcomed by youths and good People of Bodo City Community at the site of the oil spill.
