So much Joy and Jubilations as Bodo City celebrates 90years since the arrival of the Roman Catholic Church.
The Colorful celebration which lasted over five days, came to conclusion on Sunday June 26th, 2022 with the Holy mass at St. Patrick’s Parish Bodo.
The Shepherd (Bishop) of Portharcourt Dioces represented by the Auxiliary Bishop, Most. Rev. Dr. Patrick Eluke Celebrated the Mass alongside many Indeginous priests.
In his Homily, the Bishop urged the Christ faithfuls of Bodo City to continue the good works which their forebears started and that the mantle has been given to them just as Elijah gave to Elisha.
The Occasion witnessed the presence of His Royal Highness, King, John Berebon and other dignitaries.
Awards were presented to some indegens by the the Bishop.
